RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
• Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original
condition, and in their original packaging.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:
• To start a return, please contact our customer service team at
orders@toujoursfaim.com with your order number and the reason for
return.

RETURN SHIPPING:
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return
is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to
ensure that the package is safely returned.

REFUNDS:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a
refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our
error.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@toujoursfaim.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
